Imagine moving on a daily basis and having your life constantly threatened by powerful warlords. This life is a reality for Malalai Joya, a courageous 27 year old woman who won Afghanistan’s first parliamentary election in 35 years and sparked controversy with her outspoken criticism against warlords and anti democratic forces in the Afghan government. Follow her in the final weeks of her campaign in the free film “Enemies of Happiness.”
